The Finn-Power General Production line Hose Crimping Machine covers a 10–87 mm crimping range in one family of machines, with up to 2,000 kN of force for hydraulic and industrial hose assembly. Flexy supplies, sets up, and supports it locally in Malaysia.
Built for continuous hose assembly

Wide crimping range
10–87 mm (0.39″–3.42″) with standard dies, covering hydraulic hose up to 2″. Special dies extend the range further.
High crimping force
Up to 2,000 kN (200 tonnes) on the P32 series — enough for heavy-wall and large-bore hydraulic hose.
Control to match your line
Manual Setting (MS) for hands-on shops, or Intelligent/Variable Setting (IS/VS) for repeatable crimps that don’t depend on the operator.
Ready for the floor
Add a foot pedal, mechanical or electric back-stop, and ASCII data output for crimp traceability and QC records.

32/P32, Manual Setting, 3-phase
The highest-capacity machine in the range. In this 3-phase configuration it draws 4 kW (5.5 HP) and crimps up to 850 hoses an hour* — or step up to Intelligent (IS) or Variable (VS) Setting control for operator-independent, repeatable crimps with electric back-stop as standard.
